A fun workshop today at a local fiber shop called Woolology. Using strips of wool rolled up and glued to a fiber cone. Wonderful to see all the different variations of colors people did.
AND… I picked up some absolutely lovely dyed felted wool!

So can’t wait to start stitching on them! I’ve also been following another group out of Australia that has an ongoing embroidery challenge called Take A Stitch Tuesday TAST. It’s a challenge to broaden anyone’s embroidery skills. And I’ve been wanting to be more comfortable and more knowledgeable about embroidery so I’m working on that as well.
After a post by someone in a Facebook group I purchased a small little journal and am stitching a page for each stitch type.
And then I’m working a bigger piece of my own dyed linen to practice the stitches a little bit more than i can in the little book.
